By accessing FileCodec, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree to all of these terms, then you are expressly prohibited from using the site and must discontinue use immediately.

2. Use of Software

FileCodec provides local file processing utilities. All processing is performed client-side. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy in document conversions (e.g., PDF to Word) as these are performed using open-source heuristic algorithms.

3. Disclaimer of Warranty

FileCodec is provided on an **AS-IS** and **AS-AVAILABLE** basis. You agree that your use of the services will be at your sole risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event will we be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, or loss of data arising from your use of the site.

5. Intellectual Property

The FileCodec logo, design system, and proprietary scripts are the property of FileCodec. Your processed files remain your property at all times and are never stored by us.
